Cheryl Dahl-Monahan, LPC Cheryl earned her M.A. in Counseling from Georgian Court University. Cheryl has extensive experience in working with veterans, service members, and their families. Her treatment areas include Post-Traumatic Stress, Depression, Anxiety, and Bereavement for adult patients. She is an asset to the team, having a certification in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Lydia Zarrella-Timmerman, Psy.D. I am the owner and Licensed Psychologist with a specialty in clinical psychology. I offer individual psychotherapy and evaluations for adults needing diagnosis clarification or surgical clearance (e.g. ADHD, weight loss surgery). I help adults (18+) wanting to heal from trauma, panic/anxiety, infertility stress/grief, bereavement, burnout, and much more. I do not specialize in eating disorders or substance abuse. I respect the individuality of each person and strive to provide you with a safe environment to talk about anything you want to.
